How It Works

Join us for energizing group sessions at 6 AM on Zoom! In our virtual space, participants follow their own movement routines while enjoying a supportive network of encouragement and motivation for daily movement.

We'll kick things off with an introductory meeting, where I'll walk you through what to expect from our movement meetups. While I won't lead the workouts, I'll help you create a personalized plan with the right movements for you, so you can fully engage in our community and make the most of each session.

Move Crew Meetups


A fun, encouragement-based virtual space designed to enrich your daily life through movement.

Morning Movement: Join 6 AM Zoom meetups to boost your day! While I won’t lead the workouts, I’ll help you create a personalized movement plan with suggested resources tailored to you. In this virtual space, you’ll follow your own routine while being supported by a community of encouragement and motivation—all from the comfort of your own space, with no need for childcare, gym memberships, or commuting. (Ask about additional meetup times with Move Crew+)

Virtual Platform: If you can't make the morning session but still want accountability and connection, the Move Crew Community has you covered! You'll have access to post-movement check-ins, encouragement, and celebrations.
